ISLAMABAD: The finance minister on Tuesday accorded approval to increase Frontier Constabulary (FC) salaries and upgradation of Islamabad police.
As per details the Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan had approved to upgrade ranks of police constable, Head constable and Assistant Sub-Inspector. It was approved to upgrade pay scale of Constable from 5 to 7 head constable from 7 to 9 and ASI from 9 to 11.
The interior minister also accorded approval to bring salaries of FC personnel at par with the Islamabad police. Service tenure of FC personnel would be increased from 35 to 45 years. Prime minister would accord final approval to this package.
